XB1 Destiny Clan

Update: I have WAY too much going on to run a clan right now. That being the case, if anybody would like to take this effort over, send me a personal message and I'll see about setting that up. It seems there is significant interest in this thread, and since you're all here, it makes sense for everyone to be in the same clan and such.

Hey everyone! I'm thinking I'm going to be starting a clan in Destiny for the Xbox One:
Light of Sparta

Everyone interested, click here: Light of Sparta Clan. Find where it says "request join" and click it. You will likely need to sign in with your gamertag. This is necessary in order to join the clan as there is currently no way to add people in-game.
Some things to keep in mind:
-as of 11/30/2014, LoS is an Xbox One clan exclusively. Eventually we may cover Xbox 360 as well, and maybe even Playstation. It will be easier to do 360, but discussion is not closed on this topic. FOR THE MOMENT, however, it is XB1 only.
-The intent is to raid every week unless interest dies out. After the raid, depending on how long it took, we may pop into crucible. There may also be nights that we don't raid at all and instead go into crucible. It will be a group decision every time. Whether we try to coordinate when to do it or set a recurring day of the week is TBD.
-There will be an appointed raid leader. This person will not be me.
Who am I? Why should you join a clan I run?
-I'll give you a little bit of my background. Waaaay back in the day, Halo PC was just TOP. Halo 2 was barely on the horizon, much less a PC-specific release. Naturally, Halo PC clans were absolutely EVERYWHERE. I joined one known as The Last Snipers {TLS}, and for quite a while had a great time with my clanmates.
Eventually, I decided I wanted to have a go at starting my own clan. A few of us splintered off and started one called Fiends of Sparta [FOS], and for a while that clan was going great as well. It eventually came to a grinding halt when the popularity of Halo PC started to fall off (and the game was being taken over by cheaters called 'Aimbotters,' who used a program to automatically get headshots constantly). Ever since then, I've wanted to resurrect it.
That's what Light of Sparta is about. I chose to change the name from Fiends of Sparta because, quite frankly, I was sick of people not knowing how to read and assuming it said friends, which was not the word.
SO, what will this clan do? Everything. I'm still figuring out Destiny myself, but from what I understand, there's plenty of endgame content to take into account. There's the Crucible, which will be a large part of this clan. There are also the raids, which will also be a good chunk of the focus.

Just a quick addition: If interest is sufficient, I would be GLAD to branch into a PlayStation chapter as well. I have a PS3 and intend to get a PS4 eventually and would be quite pleased to have a reason to play there.
