Vault Hunters needed.

I'm gonna go through Ultimate Vault Hunter mode in Borderlands 2 for XBOX 360(gamertag detonator1977)and i'm gonna need the following.A LV.72 Gunzerker,Siren,&Assassin to go through the game with me because last time I reset my skill points I didn't have the skill points to get the sheild for my torret
