Hello everyone RTNY and RTNJ have decided to combine and rebrand as Chaos & Bagels. You're probably wondering what this means for you and the group and the answer is not much other being a less active on the RT site though I will continue to check in. We will continue to be the same kind of group we always have been. Hosting nerdy events and gatherings both in person and online but without the niche of specifically being a RoosterTeeth group. While our primary focus will still be the Tri-state area, dropping the NY and NJ will also help us expand by being less locale restricted. We would like to thank Barbara, Chelsea, Steffie, Jackie, and Cricket for all they've done over the years to help our group grow but this is a necessary step to ensure our group's continued growth. Update Bear Mountain Meetup Saturday August 27th Join us next weekend at Bear Mountain State Park. There are hiking trails, a pool, rental boats for the lake, a zoo and more. UPDATE Community Game Night Fall Guys Date: Sunday 7/17 Time: 9pm Sunday we're going to do a big joint community game night with several other community groups including RemoteSpeak, Gamedays and RT Florida. Update for the Week of 5/15 Central Park Picnic Saturday May 21st This Saturday we’re meeting up in Central Park for a picnic. We’ll start meeting at the Columbus Circle entrance around 12pm, before finding a nice place to hangout. We may even check out the Central Park Zoo. Update Hey everyone we wanted to share some event ideas for the future and see what everyone is interested in. Anniversary Event(s) We were thinking sometime in April or May, a Central Park Picnic. And/or maybe an online stream/game day kind of like Extra Life not 24hrs of course. A day where we all hangout on Discord, schedule a few gaming sessions, a dinner and then maybe a movie. Camping Last year several people expressed interest in a camping trip. Is this still something people are interested in? If so, do you have any campground in mind? Six Flags Pretty straight forward, anyone want to go to Six Flags sometime this summer? RTX How many people are planning to go to RTX this year? For all you Western New Yorkers. Astronomicon 13 in Rochester, NY is Postponed to Nov 4-6, 2022. It was going to be a Oct 29-31, 2021 but had to change the date because of the border wouldn't be open it time and we get people from Canada.

Update for the Week Extra Life This Friday at 7pm we will be having an open meeting with the whole group to discuss plans for Extra Life. Including times, game, activities and more. We currently have two in person locations, these locations will have a guest cap, Garrett's place in Massapequa NY and Rudy's in New Windsor NY, more detail in the #extra-life channel on our Discord. We've also setup a form/questionnaire about asking who is interest in in person extralife, which location you'd prefer and if you'd like to host a location.
