nerdy galactic clothing

Hey all. My friend has a start up fashion label. And I'm taking the opportunity to shamelessly show it to you awesome lot. Her latest range uses real images of the pelican nebula and the christmass tree nebulas. She's UK based but ships globally and is open to custom commissions. I urge you to check it out at >;https://www.fayenique.com/  src="https://roosterteeth.com/images/emojis/smile.png" />" />" alt="smile" title="smile" class="emoji" style="max-width: 100%; font-size: 14px; background-color: rgb(247, 247, 247);"><>

The Spoop Files Podcast

Link: iTunes, Google Play Music, or you can get it straight from the source. Okay, so about half a year ago, a friend of mine came to me with this brilliant idea for a podcast wherein she would cover the weird, unexplained, and mysterious from Canada (and sometimes the world). So excited with this idea was she that she almost forgot to tell me she wanted me to co-host! Now, four months into production of The Spoop Files, I'm glad she had that conversation with me months ago. So... yeah! I'm Alex, and I'm one of the hosts of The Spoop Files, a weekly podcast where we look at some really out there events from around the sphere. Topics we've covered in the past have included the foundering of the S.S. Edmund Fitzgerald, the wacky double life of William Lyon Mackenzie King, and even the classic Betty and Barney Hill UFO Abduction case. If you have a second to check the podcast out, I'd appreciate any feedback or criticism you may have! Also, we are more than willing to have guest hosts on, so if you have an idea for an episode or just want to participate, let me know! Thanks! TL;DR: I host a podcast and this is an unapologetic plug. Please check it out and let me know what you think!

Attention All Aspiring Somethings

I've made a group for all aspiring anythings to meet up and help each other out with projects that may take a bit more than you're ready for alone. My hope is that we can build a diverse talent pool for people with a vision to bring to life to look to for whatever they might need, be it an artist for a comic idea you want to write, or a voice-actor for a fan-film you're making. Basically, if you aspire to be anything at all, this may (assuming member growth/involvement) be the place for you. (If not, then just leave the group. It literally takes a single click, so if this doesn't pan out in 6 months, no harm done)

So...I make a webcomic! I'd love to get some feedback from you guys!

You can start reading it right here! I'd love to hear what this community thinks! It'd be my dream job to create comics full time but that's a bit of an impossible leap! So I am happy to do it just as a hobby that I can share with others! Not sure what else to say but I appreciate all feedback!

Scripted Comedy Podcast - Pondhoppers

Hey all, Longtime lurker here and first time poster (woot). I figured finding people who already like similarly comedic things would be a good place to start, so here I am. https://www.facebook.com/ThePondhoppers/ The Facebook page has links to where you can listen to the podcast on iTunes, Anchor.fm, Stitcher and more!  About the podcast: Pondhoppers is a scripted, absurdist comedy podcast (think Monty Python, Mighty Boosh, etc.) about Cami and Kyra, two 20-somethings in the filmmaking industry who decide to move to England to get a fresh start. Plot devices include talking hamsters (who swear a lot), people being turned into newts, asexual dating shows and stuffing people into garbage cans!

I made an RPG!

So roleplaying games have kind of had a pretty special spot in my heart for a long time, given that they were a big part in helping me deal with my social anxiety. For the past few years I've been working on a tabletop RPG myself, and last week we went to kickstarter. I was waffling around whether it'd be okay to post about it, but Chelsea said it was fine, so here we are. It's been about a week and we're halfway to the goal. If anyone wants to check it out and watch some of the live plays of the game to see if they're interested, I'd suggest the ones with the RPG Academy and SavingThrowShow in particular, both hosted by yours truly. You can find links to them in the Media section of the kickstarter. Thanks for taking the time to read this!

Heroes & Halfwits, the... uh, Movie.

I can't animate, but I can type while picturing things in my head.  Rather than doing an RTAA-style version of H&H animating the audio track, I've been thinking about a series about the story and characters in the game, rather than of the people playing the game.  As a writing exercise more than anything else, I've started working on how such a series might go.  It's more of a "treatment" than a proper screenplay, so please forgive any non-standard formatting. So, for your consideration and potential entertainment, I present: HEROES & HALFWITS: The Movie: Of The Experience: Of The Game: In Those YouTube Videos Episode 1:  "The Storm Before The Calm"

Free VR game for youtubers! :)

Hey all, Currenly dying with a headache from hell and can barely type but woke up to write this, thank god this site works well on mobile! I have created a - amazing awesome fun unique game - pixel arcade ;) Its out for oculus rift and htc vive, im releasing it next month and have beta keys of the gold build to give out to people who can help make some awesome youtube content and start creating a community from it. I listened to everyones problems from early access, and utilized the early access model to the best I could and have created a game that really does have hours of entertainment boasting over 20 unique levels to master. And some are not easy to complete. If youre a natural you might complete it in hours, otherwise expect hours per level!! Please do let me know if you are interested, its a passion project that i hope to kick start more projects in vr. Cheers! Eric "Goemon047" of RetrowareTV reviews the best game evar!

https://www.youtube.com/watch?... Yeah okay my introduction for him is a bit lame, but this guy makes some great videos! In fact he has been for over 10 years! Unfortunately work keeps him busy so "there's no time" to upload and record regularly. Still... you can see the effort, and enjoy the silly puns! C'mon he even climbed Mt. Fuji in Japan for this! Of course if you like you can sub on Youtube, but his other home RetrowareTV was home to a lot of great talent from Happy Video Game Nerd (now Stop Skeletons From Fighting), Pat The NES Punk, The Gaming Historian, The Game Chasers... and even people who stayed on the site like Pixel Dan! lol

$ELLOUT$ - A mature animated musical comedy (Pitch)

*Boring Part* First time really posting my own thread but this seemed like the right place so here goes. I'm a self taught artist, writer, voice actor, 3d artist, graphics desi- well you get the point. I'm a jack of all trades master of none. Basically I've been working on projects, my first project was a RWBY inspired anime fantasy story which I designed and printed a story bible for (and gave 2 copies to Gray and Kerry at RTXL). My second project is the one in the Title. $ELLOUT$... or just Sellouts if you don't wanna use the symbols. I commissioned some amazing artwork from @hiroshark on twitter and finished revamping my website. *Boring Part Over* What I'd love is some feedback and some help getting it out there. Also if you're an animator looking for something to work on I'd love to get a short teaser done for RTXL 2018. Let me know on any of my socials. (they're on my website below) So here it is... $ELLOUT$ is a mature musical animated comedy inspired by the music of A Day To Remember. It stars Riley, a savant Highschooler with a passion for music, who is kicked out of a band he made over creative differences. He then decides to make a new band with the aim of getting popular and selling out before his old band can. He recruits Jay, a highschool dropout who's dad is a retired baseball champ on guitar and backing vocals. Vivienne, a college sophomore studying physics on bass. Matt, the owner of a local comic book shop on drums and Harley, his best friend in highschool who designs the bands posters and provides guest vocals. Taking up lead guitar and vocals Riley's ready to rise up and play his heart out. (And get rich)

Interested in writing?

I have never posted on these forums before, typically because I am over on the Kinda Funny forums or just forget these exist, but I figured I might as well bring this up here.  As a journalist, I tend to write about a lot of things I don't actually have an interest in (examples: my college's mediocre sports teams or something like medical issues). So to continue writing about things I enjoy talking about, I started my own website. Booster-blogs.com I wrote there for a good five months before work and school took over all of my free time, but since I have a more manageable schedule this semester I decided to hop back on that writing grind.  I am mainly posting this here to let everyone know that if you have something you want to talk about (the site caters to gaming, sports, entertainment, movies, comics and a lot of other subjects) please let me know! I don't expect everyone to have writing experience or be able to match up with journalistic standards like what I am used to. I will edit every article for style errors, grammar and anything else that might be a quality issue so no worries there.  If you have something you want to talk about, feel free to check out the site, send me a message here on RT, hit me up on my Twitter or shoot me an email at CaleSMichael@gmail.com.  Thanks for reading and have an awesome day!

I've written books... Two of them!

Hey folks! I'm in the process of writing my third book, and just thought I'd take the time to advertise my first two a little! My first book is called Electus, it's only available on kindle currently but it's the classic super-hero tale with hopefully a little more realism to give it an edge over the competition, (This was my first ever finished story so it's a little rough round the edges.) you can get that here > http://amzn.eu/iNJfx9q Then my most recent book is called Gateway, based in a VR MMO, a series of murders take place that send the main character sprawling into an adventure he would have never believed. You can grab that here in paperback or on kindle > http://amzn.eu/edvmYhp Thanks for your interest, have a fab day!

Equinox Comics

I have it linked in my profile, but guess I should mention it here as well: Equinox Comics is a small comic book company in Tulsa, OK. So small, there is no physical location for it [yet]. The guys write/draw/ink/color the stuff, I make most of the site and social media posts about it as well as any con appearances. Due to everyone having "day jobs", there are only a few titles and issues available at present, but there's always something being worked on in one form or another. They're all super nice and passionate about their craft, and I'm glad I get to help them get the word out about it.
