Australia Privacy Notice
Effective: June 10, 2025
We comply with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and have adopted the Australian Privacy Principles because we know the importance of privacy of personal information and its relationship to security. All Community Members who are residents of Australia can request access to their data and request correction. This notice augments our Privacy Policy, which also applies. If any part of this notice conflicts with our Privacy Policy, this notice will control.
Rights of Access and Correction
You can exercise your rights of access as described in the Control Over Your Information section of the Privacy Policy. If your data is inaccurate, out-of-date, incomplete, irrelevant or misleading, you may correct it yourself if available in your profile, or request correction (see Exercising Your Rights below).
Exercising Your Rights
You may exercise your rights of access and correction by contacting us at support@roosterteeth.com and providing us with your name, email address and address. We will respond to your request within 30 days, and in more difficult cases we may extend our response time by another 30 days. We may verify your identity by asking you to submit a request through your password protected Rooster Teeth account and by providing us with your postal code or other proof of residency.
We respond to all requests we receive from individuals wishing to exercise their data protection rights in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
We may deny certain requests, or fulfil a request only in part, based on our legal rights and obligations.
Your request must:
- Provide sufficient information for us to reasonably verify that you are the person about whom we collected personal information or an authorized representative of such person; and
- Describe your request with sufficient detail for us to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it.
If we deny your request, you have the right to appeal that decision with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

Rooster Teeth is committed to making every reasonable effort to manage personal information in an open and transparent way.
International Data Transfers
We may collect your personal information from, transfer it to, and store and process it in the United States and other countries outside of where you live, including European Economic Area countries in limited instances. Any information transferred will be protected in accordance with laws where the data is stored and processed.
