The whole series lasted four episodes, a total of probably about twenty minutes - the length of a sitcom episode. No real characters got developed, no plot got developed. The question I have to ask is: why did RT even bother with it? I mean, if you blinked you would have missed the series completely. Was it a contracted thing to only do four episodes?

It just confuses me. They got a good solid story rolling, and then cut it off like euthanizing a cancer survivor. Why? Why only make the series four episodes long? It just makes no sense to me. Why do 1-800-Magic at all?

I'd like to hear your theories as to why this show lasted the same time as an episode of Friends. *shudder*
