Dillon Goo Studios (founded by former RWBY animator Dillon Gu, and including and including a number of other CRWBY members) just announced an upcoming pilot for an original series, and I'm pretty jazzed to see what they're cooking! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5bHh-Xhbl2A It just fills my heart to see an indie studio take on an ambitious original project like this. It feels very much like they're carrying RWBY's torch. And, like with RWBY, I'm looking forward to seeing how it grows and evolves over time. Of course I'm also looking forward to seeing RWBY *itself* continue, but in the meantime it feels really good to know it has a spiritual successor.
