Since Optimus Prime (aka Giant Alien Robot Space Dad according to most of the Transformers fandom) is treading on Twitter, I’m going to be talking about my favorite versions of the infamous Autobot commander. This won’t include Hot Rod/Rodimus Prime (even though I actually enjoy him), Optimus Primal (as he, like Beast Wars Megatron, is a separate unique character), and versions of Optimus Prime I’m not familiar with (like WFC Trilogy and Cyberverse).
