Did some Sunday baking: pistachio & grapefruit polenta cake. Only had one grapefruit but cut with orange to make the syrup which was poured over the warm cake. Once cooled, covered in (half fat) crème fraiche and decorated with more pistachios, rosemary, thyme and satsumas. So very sticky.
