Let's Talk Food
Testing out a new smoker. 3 hours into it, the brisket is getting a very nice bark. This smoker does have issues keeping a steady 250 degrees, though. Let's see how it turns out in another 8/9 hours. Prepping a new recipe for beans and a new recipe for mac n cheese. I've gotten so board at home, I've decided to work out my issues via cooking.
