Looking Down instead of up: How we feel about those who come after

I wanted to start a social experiment and see what comes up and this seemed to be the best place for it on here.

I want to ask the members of this community what they notice and admire in some people who are younger than them. Something that you'd like to see a lot more of in everyone else. (Preferably something that will not biologically disappear when they're your age. e.g. hair, breasts, etc.)

For the purposes of this experiment, each answer is completely separate. It doesn't matter what you think about the other answers or what they thing about yours. The only answer that matters for you on here is your own because chances are that aside from other community members that know the people you know personally, none of them has any idea what you see, where you've been, or what the people around you do.

I know that a lot of people in the community have a pretty shallow pool to look at, but I'm all the more curious about them. It doesn't matter how small or insignificant it is.
