Over the past two weeks, community members from across the RT fandom have bravely come forward online to report incidents of sexual assault and/or harassment, online and off. RT Cosplayers, and our many allied RT communities, have a zero-tolerance policy when it comes to abuse, assault, or harassment, be it sexual, physical, or verbal, within our community. Half the reason this community exists is to provide a safe haven from all the things that cosplayers have to deal with. Our rules are publicly listed, and very clear. We do not and will not tolerate any sexist, racist, homophobic, transphobic, or any derogatory comments. They will be swiftly removed, and any members responsible blacklisted. We want every member of our community to feel safe and comfortable. You can message us anytime. We will listen to you and we believe you. I would encourage anyone who wishes to file a confidential complaint to reach out to me, any moderators of this community, and especially Rooster Teeth directly.
