Hi i orded something from your shop on the 19th and it still says it is being processed and that it tipicily takes 1 day
In the past three days, I have received just as many charges to my account all for an exact amount of $15.99. Apparently, this has happened thrice in the past though only once each time. I'm not really sure where these charges are coming from, but they put a real dent into my account. Is there any way that can be fixed?

Every-time i try to change my name it say,"The authenticated oauth account does not match this account."
So my RT first trial i made about four days ago failed today saying i had to re-verify my email and when i did it deleted my trial and now i can not go on without re-verifying my email every time i login. I tried setting up a new account with my personal email and the problem repeated

So I was trying to watch a RvB video earlier. When I tried to do so, the video just kept loading. Then it stopped loading and my computer kept saying the site wasn't responding. Note I have Widows 10 and I'm using Microsoft Edge as my browser. Is anyone else having this issue or am I the only one? If anyone else is having said issue, how can it be fixed? Edit: I can't seem to watch other videos either... This sucks. :(
I have been trying to subscribe for a first membership I have had it in the past but don't have access to a computer when I am on my phone and scroll down to the area where it shows the boxes to input your credit card number and security code they are covered up by a black box and I cannot select them I have tried reloading the page and I have tried completely logging out and logging back in I think it is an issue with page formatting because it looks like the black box is from the top of the double gold membership picture please help I want to watch First shows tonight and I cannot put in my information
Apologies if this isn't the right location, let me know and I'll move the topic. I've done a whole lot of googling and can only find solutions for youtube on this topic. Due to a recent move I have slower internet, but I don't want this to ruin my RT love! My issue is that I now can't just load up an AH video and watch it without it starting to stutter because it hasn't buffered. Now, many years ago, I would have just started the video, paused it, go and do something for 10 minutes, and come back to the video fully buffered/loaded.This doesn't seem possible now, it looks like the RT site uses the same thing Youtube does, I believe it's "DASH", where only a small portion of the video is buffered at one time, and the next portion is only loaded when the video gets close to that timestamp (as opposed to allowing the whole thing to buffer in one go). My question is if there's any way to enable full video loading of content on the RT site? I know I can get extensions in chrome or FF that allow me to do so on YT, but I'm a FIRST subscriber, and I like watching things before they hit youtube, so I'm hoping there's a solution out there. I got the free trial for the sponsorship about a month ago (Don't know if it ran out - don't really know how to check) But even if I try and purchase the sponsorship again, it errors out. Could I get some assistance here please?
So, for all of the Live videos, whenever I click play it opens up another tab to ustream.tv/channel/rt-podcast . This has been happening since I renewed my sponsorship 2 months ago. I'm on my iPad, and it only effects Live videos, as far as I've attempted
First, I am sorry if this is the wrong forum, I cannot find a suitable forum for this. Anyways, I noticed video lag when I watch videos on here. The screen freezes up for a second, about every 2-5 minutes. I notice it especially more on fullscreen, so I do not watch videos in full screen anymore. I am a sponsor so I do not want to just wait for it to come out on youtube. I haven't noticed lag on youtube, so I think it might be the site. Has anyone else experienced this, or do you think it is my computer?
Hi Didn't see any threads about it so I thought id tell people. With the RT store sponsorship option gone. Some people don't like the only remaining method to get sponsorship. If you don't want to give away your card details. Id advise grabbing a prepaid travel card either from a supermarket or post office. Loading it up with the amount you want (advisably enough for it to renew when the time passes) and purchasing sponsorship that way. Id missed sponsorship so I thought id save people the trouble of researching a safer option. Thanks
Not quite sure if this is the correct place and already submited a ticket, but I got some concerns I would like to know if can get answered. Im slightly confused and concerned about what happened but seems that the regular sponsorship cycle when it ended and was gonna renew it, it came twice, one coming up as a $10 dollar charge, and then a $15 came out of nowhere, usually I expected the $10 charge and had my paypal ready for it, but when the second came in, caused me an overdraft thus causing me a hefty fee at my bank account. Tried to talk with them and everything, and if such thing was an error, they will revert the fee back towards the vast void of non existence. The question I have, is it possible that the sponsorship on the second charge can be refunded? In total it charged me $25 for just a 6 month period in my sponsorship status, and I would not mind entirely paying the actual sponsorship if gets deleted by refunding this second charge, but the bank fee is the problematic one. I bought sponsorship before the price change, but now I do not have the option of repurchasing sponsorship at the older price. I originally had sponsorship set to auto-renew, but as I changed credit card numbers since then that did not happen. When I tried repurchasing it said that I did not qualify for the older rate.
