Not quite sure if this is the correct place and already submited a ticket, but I got some concerns I would like to know if can get answered.

Im slightly confused and concerned about what happened but seems that the regular sponsorship cycle when it ended and was gonna renew it, it came twice, one coming up as a $10 dollar charge, and then a $15 came out of nowhere, usually I expected the $10 charge and had my paypal ready for it, but when the second came in, caused me an overdraft thus causing me a hefty fee at my bank account. Tried to talk with them and everything, and if such thing was an error, they will revert the fee back towards the vast void of non existence.

The question I have, is it possible that the sponsorship on the second charge can be refunded? In total it charged me $25 for just a 6 month period in my sponsorship status, and I would not mind entirely paying the actual sponsorship if gets deleted by refunding this second charge, but the bank fee is the problematic one.

(Contacted roosterteeth through email, submitted as a ticket but dont know how long that would take or if they will actually help)
