Hey everyone, This update is gonna be a little different from the usual. There is a lot going on in the world and in the RT community as a whole. We wholeheartedly support the Black Lives Matter movement. This is not a political statement. Human rights are not political. General human decency is not political. Both Alex and I are part of the LGBTQ community and know the history behind it. We know what happened with Stonewall and that it was led/sparked by Stormé DeLarverie(a black lesbian woman of color), Marsha P. Johnson(a black trans woman of color), Sylvia Rivera(a latina trans woman of color), and many other people of color. We cannot sit by and let racism and ignorance run rampant in our world and in the RT community. We need to give information and dispell ignorance where we can. Racism and bigotry can not be allowed in our community. There are way too many wonderful people out there of all races, genders, and sexual Identities that feel unseen and unheard and we want to change that. We love y'all. We will still have a couple hang out nights to try and bring some light and happiness to the current bleak times. We are having a Jackbox night on the 12th and a movie night on the 21st. We will be posting a poll to determine the movie a little later this week.
