Ok so I'm sure some super fans have probably already figured this out but I just did and thought it would be fun to share. So we know that Ozpin is based on the Wizard of Oz, Qrow is the Scarecrow, Ironwood is the Tin Man, Leonardo is the Cowardly Lion, Glynda is the the Good Witch, and Oscar is Dorothy(I think, it seems to make sense). And based on everything that all of these people do, run the combat schools all over the world, I finally realized something, whoever is running Shade Academy in Vacuo is gonna be based on Toddo, it's the only major character from the Wizard of Oz story who we haven't seen yet and I think it would make sense. Again someone else has probably already figured this out just thought it would be fun to share.
