Back in January 2019 I made a crackpot theory about the end of the show: Cinder will actually become Pyrrha. Absorbing the Maiden powers means she could have absorbed some of Pyrrha's aura too. If that's true, and if Pyrrha is still in there fighting, it would manifest in initially small ways. Ways like not killing Jaune when she has the chance, or wardrobe choices. If Pyrrha's aura is in there, and she's still fighting, and if she's able to get stronger, that could lead to some very interesting things indeed. Now, what Pyrrha would do with a Grimm arm... that I don't know. And there is very little to suggest that this would actually happen (hence "crackpot"). However, if at some point Cinder greets the main characters with "Hello again," then I'm going to become suspicious.
