Anyone else excited for King of the Hill coming back? I didn’t fully appreciate it when it was originally on, but my wife and I recently went back and watched the whole thing and I absolutely fell in love with it. The writing, the characters, the subtle humor… it really holds up. Can’t wait to see what they do with the revival!
I started watching the show and I'm impressed so far. It's very different then the older series. Whats everyone's opinions?

Hello all! This is my first time starting a new topic in a forum so hopefully this goes well! I thought I would start a thread about the American Gods adaptation currently on STARZ. I was so excited when I heard it was being adapted to a TV series and I was not disappointed! The first season has ended already and even thought it strayed from the book I love how it gave more information on the world and really developed some of my favorite characters that I didn't get enough time with in the book. I also feel the show is really pushing boundaries in it's depiction of religion and religious deities as well as a really interesting commentary on the current state of the world we live in. A great depiction between the old gods and the new and those caught in between. So what do you guys think of the show? Did it stray too far from the book?did you read the book before the series? Were you totally confused for the entire series? Were there too many dicks? Lets talk!
A great show, Sense8, was recently cancelled. A petition was made to bring the show back, and in just two days it has almost reached ten thousand signatures. Didn't see this in the forums, but is anyone else excited about the kickstarter for MST3k? I grew up watching it and I think it hits the same style of humor as the Achievement Hunters and Rooster Teeth in general (especially the Let's Watch - like the Until Dawn series). HBO's new series is in it's second season and it actually filmed in Austin TX where I live so that's groovy. If you haven't started watching it yet you absolutely should. Easily my new favorite television obsession is FX's FARGO. If you haven't started watching yet you ABSOLUTELY should be watching. I cannot recommend this show enough. It's in it's second season but like American Horror Story, the seasons aren't particularly related and take place in different places in time with new characters. So I just notice that there is no thread for the new show Supergirl, so I figured I'd start one. Though it's been only three episodes, it's still a little raw around the edges, but so far I'm actually enjoying the show. She's a new hero who is out to make a name for herself, though she still brash and jumping into danger headstrong. So what are everyone's thoughts on the show.
