I got an email letting me know that i "left something behind" meaning that i had left something in the shopping cart and didn't buy it. I was confused for a second because I very much finished ordering the items and the shopping cart was indeed empty. Maybe there can be something implemented that doesn't send out those emails prematurely/erroneously.
