So I've been a sponsor for a fairly long time now, and just recently I found my First membership didn't renew like it has for the last several years for some reason. Granted I understand the price increases like when the switch to $15 awhile back, but I wasn't given any notification it was expiring and admittedly I absent-mindedly expected to be grandfathered in at the previous pricing point. It was only when I tried to log into the new Xbox App that everything just stopped giving me access, but I guess it's water under the bridge at this point as I've already renewed. It just would have been nice to receive some sort of indication it was up for renewal, or paypal was no longer used as a method of payment or w/e the issue was.
Nothing against the pricing as it is, as no one but Rooster Teeth and all of it's productions and teams deserve it, probably even more. Seriously guys, I feel like we steal from you.
This may seem a little counterbalanced journal entry...and it is. Writing it has let me vent a little frustration but come to terms and accept the fact that, Rooster Teeth is one of the best things to happen to all of us. I might not be here if not for their constant humor and positivity. What's another $5 every 6 months?
Okay I'm done now. Thanks for everything RT.
It's my most recent youtube video. I've started playing through Alien: Isolation. Appreciate it! Alien: Isolation Part 1
I'm not an alcoholic, I just like beer and want to know.
Plus I have suggestions. I know they've said Firemen's 4 and probably Shiner. But anyone know what else they have?
I MUST KNOW IF I'VE BEEN WRONG MY WHOLE LIFE
So I was listening to Spotify the other day, and some songs from Hyper Light Drifter came on that were pretty amazeballs. I have yet to play the game itself, but it got me thinking about other games that are instantly recognizable due to their soundtrack. I'm not talking about licensed songs either. We're talking real OSTs here so GTFO GTA/Saint's Row/etc. I'll start with a few of course:
FFVII
Legend of Zelda: Link to the Past
Dark Souls (all three)
Pokemon
Silent Hill
There's more obviously, but what game can you instantly recognize from it's original soundtrack alone?
