It has been 3 weeks sense I began going to the gym. I decided that just joining a gym would not be enough to improve myself. Last time i joined a gym i would go a couple times a week wander around aimlessly try various machines for a few reps and then leave.
This Time i decided that i needed some structure. So I'm taking a class of sorts. 90 minutes 3 days a week. Plus a diet that I don't follow as closely as i should.
I have lost about 10 pounds and some of the gut so far.
