Can't...stop...playing...Breath of the Wild...
I've put 40 hours into it so far and I'm not even halfway done with the story...
This weekend was craaaaaaaaaaaazy. I got two new couches ("new"... actually hand-me-downs from my mom) to round out my living room, and I adopted a new doggo with my girlfriend. He's a ten year old jack russell terrier named Tarkin. He's spent the weekend getting used to his new home and meeting his lil brother, my 3 year old Jack russell / corgi mix named Mac. Mac is acting cool, but I think he's confused on the inside.
I'm back from the dead!
and I'm hoping to get to go to RTX this year!
However, I have a question for those that have attended in the past. I know Gus usually tells people to hold off because some hotels get discounts for RTX. What kind of discount does that include, and when do those usually go up (if they go up this year)
or any other advice for booking hotels for Austin would be appreciated!
Wow. I wasn't expecting the Thunder to even beat the Spurs, let alone beat the Warriors three times so far.
Well...
Here's to four!
I finally got my Uncharted 4: A Thief's End review finished and uploaded! It's available in two forms: text and video.
The video form can be watched by clicking here. However, I will note that it is 16 minutes long, so if you'd rather read it in text form, then you can do that here!
I'm still figuring this all out, so if you have any feedback let me know!
The Uncharted 4 review is almost done... I am just putting some final tweaks on it.
However, part of why it is taking so long is because I needed to finish developing the grading system I will be using for these. I finished that tonight, and I'll post a link to the full explanation at the bottom of this. But, for the sake of saving anybody reading this a click, I will give just a short explanation:
I am going with an A, B, C, D, F grading scale that takes largely what the game set out to do, what it needed to do, and how I felt it achieved those goals. An A is a game that went above and beyond what it needed to achieve, whereas a C is a game that messed up just as much as it did right, and an F is just unplayable trash. For the most part, I expect most [good] games to fall into the B, C category. I'll give this a test run of a few reviews, see how I feel it fits, and then decide whether to go back to the drawing board or not.

I finished uncharted 4 and will beginning my review of it here soon. However, to preface it, I did a quick write up of my thoughts on review scores on my website. In short, review scores bad but necessary. I am thinking of what kind of score I want to use.
