Autumn: not sure if this was explained later in the live chat, but I heard someone referencing onion and banana juice and thought that was a funny reference. Just started re-watching the animated series Avatar: The Last Airbender, and that juice is a reference to something that one of Aang's teachers drank and gave to Aang to drink during their meditation.
I am fairly new to meditation myself and it was really cool to see what meditation means to you Autumn! I will definitely use your ideas and tips in the future. I really liked the triangle breathing method. I started meditation to help with my own anxiety and panic attacks and ever since it has been life-changing.
