I want to start this by saying I know absolutely nothing about simpli safe, however, I cant help but believe that any company that leads with its Better Business Bureau rating to make a first impression is a scam. The BBB's company rating systems largest influence is the BBB's objective view of the company (which is most often heavily influenced by the reviewed companies payments to the BBB). They claim that the largest influence is the volume of negative reviews and complaints, however, there are several companies (e.g southwestern advantage) that have almost equal parts positive and negative ratings, yet still have an A+ rating from the BBB. In addition, one of the few companies ever to get an F rating from the BBB was one of their own branches, when during an undercover investigation of the BBB, a fake company with no real offices or services was able to get an A+ certification just by paying an under the table sum of money to the BBB. so I'm not saying Simpli Safe is a scam. I'm warning other viewers to be careful who you get ratings of a company from, and to do your research first, before you give them any of your money.
