No Jack, they were not, you're not supposed to wing out your elbows like that, makes it easier as well as increases the chance of shoulder injuries, during and after. Your elbows should be right at your side and your chest should be hitting the ground. Just thought you guys should know.... I guess... not sure why... just do :P
Chest part is true, but elbow thing isn't. There's different forms of push-ups that work better for different muscles. Those were wide armed push-ups, and in fairly good form for someone who I assume doesn't exercise.

I love joel with the fairy tale section, even though they were coming up with this off the top of their heads I can imagine this being how Caboose would genuinely tell the stories.
naturebox is another of those incredibly dishonest companies. They proudly tout "no corn syrup" while advertising dried fruits which are comprised mostly of fructose, which is the type of sugar that people think they are avoiding by not ingesting corn syrup. The "nutritionist approved" is also entirely meaningless.
