It's not going on a car and it'd mount to a wall better that way round

I think the idea is more to hang it up on a wall somewhere than to put it back on a car so this configuration works/looks better.

Cole gets it, there is no point to have it how they do, you can mount it easily any way you put it on the wall, but generally if you do something like this you hang it so the front edge of the hood is the bottom.

Compositionally it works better like this as a display-piece. The hood was never meant to go on a car again so the wider bottom works with the somewhat triangular composition of the figure. I pointed out the same thing before we started. Art stuff!

I wish it took me 3 days to finish a bag of cookies!

Thank you! Technically I'm the on-call airbrush artist/painter so I'm super D-list as a contractor. Sometimes it's nice being under the radar, though. Everyone I've worked with in the Art Dept is a sweetheart and exceptionally cool. 

Hey Daks! A BTS airbrushing video would be neat! All the things that you and the rest of the Art Dept put together always looks amazing, and getting to see the hours of dedication and hard work that comes with the territory of creating artwork is always amazing and entertaining to watch,

Thank you! I'd love to do more bts stuff! I'd need an hour, though, since once I start talking about airbrush I don't stop, lol.
