When I saw Mariel had gotten engaged I lost my mind from happiness. And to think she didn’t even want to seriously date her at first during her hot girl summer. 😆 ALL THE LOVE AND HAPPINESS TO THEM 💖
caught this during the live stream, but honestly everyone on this panel is so perfect and funny and beautiful that I just had to watch it through once more
Hi all, I am currently collecting a queer history of an Ontario town for my MA and your comment about Delevigne and Benson looking a like is a historical thing. I am not sure about the psychology part, but during the time of gay and lesbian liberation in Canada it was referred to as "the clone phenomenon." It actually received a lot of critique during the '70's and '80's as exclusionary (which it was) and it only represented what historical LGBTQ2S+ life looked like for middle class white men in urban areas. There is a lot more to how that came to be in the background but I realized it was a THING in the LGBTQ2S+ community when my cousin got married and sometimes I cannot tell him or his husband apart.
I don't want to take up too much space but Fiona reminded me of it and thought I would share. Hope this is interesting to someone! Have a good day!
