Watching a video on the RT site today from my android mobile, I was finding that I'd regularly experience a small skip forward in the video. I think it relates to the video quality changing. I only have the option to view the videos in "auto" so as my wifi connection changes with changing traffic on my network the video quality automatically adjusts and causes small half second skips as the video continues to play. Not sure if allowing more of the video to load ahead on mobiles would resolve it.
