EDIT So, after thinking about it, it would be easier to just let everyone buy their own. it'll be few more bucks, but it will allow people to choose a type and style of t-shirt that fits them best. I don't really have bank account at the moment, so I can't purchase myself a ticket for Let's Play Live which sucks because I have the cash for it and everything and was wondering if someone else that is going would be able to buy me the ticket and I can give them a big hug and the cash for it on Play Day?! GUARDIANS! I have a simple challenge for you. The Guardian who has the Extra Life player account with the highest total amount of money donated by the end of the month (10/31, Midnight CDT) wins this kick ass prize: The one and only Guardian Room sign autographed by most of the RT Staff with Chris and Mary! Last year, I created a video highlighting some moments relating to the Guardians and it was fun seeing some of the Guardians at work. www.youtube.com/watch?v=_beGxH4qsuI&list=UU7T_hIUOt4ZioT8ZwekLSCA A lot of people liked it, so I decided to create another video for this year's RTX. However, I didn't get a lot of footage this year. So, I need your help getting this video made! If anyone has any videos featuring the Guardians in it, please message me. I know some Guardians posted some videos during RTX, so if you did, please comment below the link to the video. I will credit you for your footage in the video and will leave a link to it at the end of the video if your video is already online. The video will likely be up by early September, so get in touch with me as soon as possible with you want to help out! Please help me make a video that will tell the world that we kicked ass this year and will kick ass again for next RTX!

Hello everyone. I live here in Austin Texas and would love to get you T-shirts tomorrow and WASH them in my washing machine. (instead of the hotel sink!) Hey everybody! Corwin/Spry/Red-Hat-Guy here! Good job today creating such a smooth, fun registration! Looking forward to tomorrow! PJ and I were thinking of cleaning our Guardian shirts tomorrow night and we'd like to offer other Hampton guardians the option to put theirs in as well! We will be doing it depending on how long we are at the convention for so I will keep you all posted, but message me if interested!
Hey Everyone, So lets play a game, guess the total number of shots that the 3 guardian photographers will take this weekend (@Evon, @LordOwen, and myself.). The person who guesses closest with out going over will win an 8x10 photo of any shot from the weekend. The shot count started at 12pm Wednesday (bag stuffing) and will include all after hours events and official RT SideQuest events will count in this total. Here are the rules: All guesses must be submitted by 8pm Sunday the 6th. Limit 1 guess per person (multiple guesses will be ignored) Note: Timelapse shots count in the final number. Exhibit Hall - Weekend/Day Passes(12-6 on Friday, 9-6 Saturday & Sunday) - Media (can access exhibit hall 30 minutes earlier than attendees) - VIP (can access exhibit hall 30 minutes earlier than attendees) - Exhibitors (can access exhibit hall at any time) - Guardians (can access exhibit hall at any time) - Staff (can access exhibit hall at any time) Room 12, 16, 17, 18, Main Theater (All Panels) - Weekend/Day Passes - Media, VIP, Exhibitors, Staff, Guardians -- priority seating in front of panel Room 11 (Media Room) - Media - VIP - Staff - Exhibitors - If media is interviewing an attendee, they can come in (as long as accompanied by one of the mentioned badge types above) Room 14 (Tech Room) - Staff - Guardians Room 15 (Guardian Room) - Staff - Guardians Room 13 (Quiet Room) - Any badge type - Rule: must be silent, or very quiet conversation -- we'll probably need a Guardian to monitor. I know it's tough for everyone, but I just thought I'd ask one last time. I'm staying at the red roof inn - north Austin, it's about 8 miles to the conv. Center. If there is anyone who could give me a ride to and from so I don't have to take cabs, I would gladly help pay for any expenses of course. Hey party people. I know I'm INSANELY late in getting this done, but I'm still in need of a place to stay for RTX. One of those things that I kept putting off until the last minute I suppose, heh. Anyway, if someone still happens to have some spare room wherever they're staying, I'd be super grateful if you could squeeze me in. Of course, I'd pay for my share of the room, and for pizza or taxi rides or whatever. I was hoping to get into town tomorrow (the 1st), and stay till the 7th or 8th. I don't need to stay the whole week, I'm sure once I'm actually in Austin I'll be able to find a better solution through all of us actually being there, but for at least the 1st and probably the 2nd I'd like to have a place I know I can stay. If you CAN harbor me the whole time though, that'd be awesome! So if anyone still has some spare room, please PLEASE let me know! I promise, I don't bite. Only a few days before Guardian duties begin! Can't wait to meet everyone! (P.S. I already had this posted in the roomshare thread, but at this late in the game I need as many eyes to see it as possible.)
