- Weekend/Day Passes(12-6 on Friday, 9-6 Saturday & Sunday)
- Media (can access exhibit hall 30 minutes earlier than attendees)
- VIP (can access exhibit hall 30 minutes earlier than attendees)
- Exhibitors (can access exhibit hall at any time)
- Guardians (can access exhibit hall at any time)
- Staff (can access exhibit hall at any time)

Room 12, 16, 17, 18, Main Theater (All Panels)
- Weekend/Day Passes
- Media, VIP, Exhibitors, Staff, Guardians -- priority seating in front of panel

Room 11 (Media Room)
- Media
- VIP
- Staff
- Exhibitors
- If media is interviewing an attendee, they can come in (as long as accompanied by one of the mentioned badge types above)

Room 14 (Tech Room)

Room 15 (Guardian Room)

Room 13 (Quiet Room)

- Rule: must be silent, or very quiet conversation -- we'll probably need a Guardian to monitor.
