Hey everyone, I just wanted to throw out there that any soccer/football fans on here should make sure they make an effort to support their local clubs! In many parts of the world that can mean non-league or amateur clubs, but also lower division pro-clubs. However, in the US, if you're not in the top 2 divisions, you're pretty much amateur/semi-pro automatically. These clubs have great vibes and communities but get ignored by a lot of fans who only want "Hollywood" football. 

I work with my local club in Duluth, but there are NPSL, PDL, and UPSL clubs across the nation, even in Texas! Take a couple minutes to check if you have a club based near you and check it out this summer, most seasons are summer based. MLS and USL are great, but getting to see the beautiful game live for a couple bucks and getting to know the fans, players, and coaches personally over a beer or a burger is an amazing experience that only local football gives you.
