I apologize if this is the wrong place to put this, I couldn't quite figure it out.

I'm having a problem with the Rooster Teeth site, whenever I try to watch a video the ad doesn't play (I assume an ad is supposed to be before every video) and as a result there are no video controls. I can pause by clicking, but anything else, such as full screen, is impossible. I don't use any form of adblocker, and I have no idea why this is happening. I use a chromebook, and it is possible my version of chrome is out of date, but I don't know how to fix that or if that would affect this in the first place. Any help on the matter would be greatly appreciated!
