As someone that drinks 3-to-5 sugar-free Monsters a day, stay hydrated. Drink a water with every caffeinated beverage, be it soda, energy, coffee, or tea. The extra water will help you stay awake as well as dehydration makes you sleepy. (I have a water bottle that holds a half-gallon. I drink 2-3 of those a day as well).
