The Fan Service Anime Awards!!!

@pollochicken22 WELL. Now I'm super ready to go back and read the manga. I totally loved the anime.

@ChrisKO Really should check it out, it's a lot better. A lot darker as well (especially that arc the anime skipped).

@HypnoticChronic1 I definitely see that. For me, the story is fun and enjoyable, but there's something about the technical that just really kept me going.

@ChrisKO I can appreciate that and how somebody well versed in the minutiae would enjoy it far more than myself, for myself on the other hand it either boils down to the big picture or having a concept that is never really focused on, Legend of the Galactic Heroes is a good example of the former which itself is the reason I got into anime as a kid back in the 90's while a good example of the latter would be Food Wars or Dr. Stone.
