Our First Bad Anime

If you say Hentai on a podcast three times in a row a tentacle monster appears.

Can't say I can recall what my first bad anime was, because it probably wasn't bad enough to be remembered. The one that WAS, however, was Kampfer. Fucking awful.

I got turned off of No Guns Life at the third episode as well. For the same reason.

I gotta see what our qualifications for bad are like if it’s just we didn’t like it or if it was done badly? I’ll be back to this comment to put my bad one depending on what counts as bad

Torrian if you want to watch a show with consequences, conflict, character deaths, a plot that solely does not revolve around a singular individual etc. I highly recommend Legend of the Galactic Heroes preferably the OG but if you can't find it than the remake does a pretty decent job of capturing the essence of the original and arguably the art is better and its also dubbed.

I stopped watching Cells at Work after a couple episodes. The Naive T-Cell irritated me so much I had to stop watching.

the first bad anime I can recall is Occult Academy. "Protagonist is called back to her father's academy in an effort to discover what caused his disappearance. However, she'll have to face her past and the shadows behind the academy itself, in the School of Occult." basic story plays out that young lady doesn't really believe the majority of Occult things, but her father's disappearance has forced her back to the academy to act as the Principal, while trying to track down with some help from an age appropriate student the events that leads to a time traveling conspiracy of people stealing real supernatural items in an effort to alter the events of something. ending scene was young lady growing old and reuniting with double agent student boy that she had/has a relationship with. Execution was bad.

Miles hates Fairy Tail? But Michael Jones is in it! (I actually have never seen it)

OMG! This show needs notes or just a list of the anime. I can understand English titles but when they throw out the moonspeak (j/k), I'm screwed. I can't search for something if I don't understand what the title is. I'm getting too old for this shit.
