Joffrey's sword was put away until Tommen was ready to have it. So i think right now it is put where ever Tywin stored it.
Of course Sam is going to have more point than to just tell Jon about the dragon glass. He is learning to become a Maester, he will have more contribution. Would love more of these for each episode.

As a personal theory, I think that the secret of Valerian steel lies in some sort of forging involving volcanic vents or lava flows since Old Valeria was near an active volcano. Could also be one of the secrets to Greyscale and its connection to fire. I don't know if they are going to revisit that mystery though since all of the major players are now in the kingdom proper.
And Gendry is still rowing.
Theories:
1. What if mad king "BURN THEM ALL BURN THEM ALL" = Bran + mad king a la
"hold the door" = Bran + Hordor
Burn them all referring to the white walkers.
2. What if Jamie and Cersei are bastards of the mad king and Joanna?
The mad king had a thing for her, and could've had his way with her. The twins have blonde/platinum hair, have a thing for each other, Cersei is bat shit crazy, and has a fire fetish. And Tyrion is definitely his father's son.
2- odd because that theory is a pretty long standing one except it's Tyrion who is theorized to be mad kings child not the twins.
At this point, I think it'd make sense since that he is since we need a third person to ride the third dragon like the 3 headed dragon sigil.
This is a great idea, totally down for this to continue.
I think it was interesting how much effort they but into making Dragonstone look like a palace almost like they wanted you to think Dani would rule from there instead of King's Landing
the show has a tendency to downplay the size and power of the castles (hello Eyrie and Twins), so I'm really glad that they kept the splendour of dragonstone.
This was a really awsome aftershow Ashley!!! I would love to see it continue through the rest of the season!!
