The mantis shrimp isn’t the only lethal crustacean, the pistol shrimp are so loud that they kill animals and in WW2 US submarines managed to sneak past Japanese sonar by sailing near reefs with pistol shrimp!
@Daniel564 Yeah, I'd rather face a Mantis then a Pistol Shrimp. Mantis shrimp may have the "hardest" punch pound for pound or something like that but I feel like a punch from an angry silverback could just strait up collapse my chest.
Mantis shrimp are ridiculous, not only are their punches insanely strong but they actually have the widest range of eyesight of any animal. They can see infrared and ultraviolet light and possibly many other ranges, so they can see so many colors we can’t even comprehend! Mad little critters!
