I am a First member and tried to contact first via the first drop down member for assistance in getting an RTX ticket code which I did not receive.  On the "still need more help page" there is a prominently displayed livechat option with no active link. I was attempting to access during the stated hours of operation. 

Either the link needs activating or the live chat option needs to be removed from the page.
