In RTAA #144, Burnie talks about a shocking game he would play with locals south of the border, and why he one time spontaneously flipped the bird at a school bus.
My Dad met a guy in mexico city named pedro who would walk around and you could pay him to shock you. My dad and his friends started doing this thing where they would all stand in a circle holding hands, as if some sort of ceremony was about to take place, and they would grab other tourists passing by, saying "Hey come on, join us! We're doing a special mexican tradition thing, it's really cool," and people would join in holding hands, and then my dad would yell "Hit it pedro!" And everyone in the ring of people holding hands, including the unsuspecting tourists, would be mildly electrocuted as Pedro shocked them with the battery.
