So, Maybe=1?
I want that RWBY poster
Whenever I need to remember anything, I set an alarm on my phone. If Miles set a second alarm that was meant to go off after his shower, he could get into a pattern to always take his meds at that time
He could also put a string on his finger before he goes to bed at night, and take that string off in the morning when he takes his meds.
I set an alarm to take my meds every day at 6pm (there's reasons for the time but whatever). Problem is, if I'm out somewhere and the alarm goes off I have to remember to take them when I get home. So I'll get home and take them, then forget I've taken them. I think there are apps now where you have to manually input that you've taken them but it's an effort.
I worked at a summer camp a couple of years ago. One summer, I had a camper who in the morning before they were able to take their ADHD medicine, and right before dinner, when their first dose was wearing off, who would get really weird. Similar to a wild Camp Camp Nikki who was set loose and unable to be reined in. This camper would constantly be wanting to be near me, and touching me. During the meals/ getting ready for the morning or dinner, they also had the need to constantly try to chew on my clothing. Like the strings on my hoodie or my sleeves of my shirt. This camper would also say really strange things to me. The one I really remember was they wanted to take me home with them and hide me in their closet like their pet hamster. They would only feed me the leftovers from their dinner. Nobody would know what happened to me and I would live with them forever. Once they had their ADHD medicine though, they were perfectly normal, and all the creepiness stopped.
Always a pleasure to see Miles in a combat skirt.
As someone who has ADHD i can sympathize with miles about doing something and almost instantly can't remember if i did it or not. I have to 3 time check if i put my water bottle in my car before leaving the house.
As someone else who has ADHD I can also relate to this problem. Plus I hate what Adderall does to me specifically which is why I had to switch to other meds for my condition.
You can see Miles' fur-patch when he's in the show. The attention to detail in these is phenomenal.
Tip for remembering if you did something or not. Take a picture of yourself doing it every day, that way you can look, and if you don't have a picture from the current date, you know you need to do it.
so what you do is you set up a simple system. You tie a string to the inside of the cap so once it opened the string is loosened(make sure it stays on the cap. That string is attached to a weight of some sort. The weight will lower and hit a button. That button will close a trap door that holds the weight down. Now you can close the bottle. At the same time that button will activate a timer. When the timer is past 12 hours it will release the weight and everything will reset. So now you just have to check if the weight is up or down. Down means you took the pill and up means it's time to eat.
Use the tension of the string to pull the weight up and use a lock on the cabinet the pills are in to stop the weight from throwing the pills.
Very easy to do.

The video will not play past a certain point... I am on Chrome Version 57.0.2987.133 (64-bit) on mac.
Is it happening to anyone else?
That happened with my mac as well for a time, but it simply fixed itself. I'm currently using chrome version 57.0.2987.133 (64-bit) and everything's working fine.
