...I think you're underestimating the tensile strength of plywood. It's about 4500 PSI (pounds per square inch) for an average 3 ply piece of plywood. This value goes up for stronger woods and more plys. The strongest punch/kick on record is only in the hundreds of psi range. So no matter how hard Jeremy kicked he never was going to break through it, not without significant structural weakness introduced to the board already (Karate two-by-fours are usually pre-scored to more easily be chopped).

Plywood actually has a weaker shear strength if Jeremy somehow ninja sliced along the board it would break easier that way, but that's not as impressive now is it.

I wouldnt wanna wipe my ass with it thats for sure
