I love how they brought Brandon on to explain himself and Jack just talked over him and didn't even listen to what he was saying, of course everyone has a strategy to score points, but to act like the patriots don't have a superior system compared to most of the other teams is just fucking stupid. Jack was just such an asshole for no reason. I always felt bad when people ripped into him, but fuck him.
If Jack would just shut up for 2 minutes and listen he'd realize that Brandon is simply saying that a team with a good system can make a good player even better than he would be if on another team. That would lead to the player's stats being inflated due to the players stats not only coming from the player performing well, but also from the well designed system making the team greater than the sum of its parts. Thus allowing that player to deliver results he could not otherwise if everyone else did not perform somewhat equally as well as he did.
i.e. The best quarterback in the NFL is nothing if the offensive line doesn't protect him well or no one catches his throws. The best quarterback will perform well with a good team, but do even better if the rest of the team also performs well or at least above average.
Also Brandon is terrible at explaining his arguement.

To correct Brandon, Welker did have a good career after leaving the Patriots. He had a really good one with the Broncos but he took to many shots and now is worried about too many concussions.
