I 100% feel you on the phone addiction, Barbara. It is the worst. I've steadily gotten better with it but like a year ago I was spending 8+ hours on my phone. It sounds ridiculous but they sell objects that feel and look like phones that are basically just silicone bricks that help with phone addiction. The idea is you put your phone away and whereas you normally get the urge to go get it you, theoretically, reach into your pocket and feel this thing instead that satisfies the urge.
