I'm fairly certain that you don't get charged with murder if you didn't do the actual killing. Though it may vary per jurisdiction, usually it's "Accessory to Murder", which while it seems similar has different sentencing guidelines.
@TempestChaserZ What Chris is referring to is known as felony murder. It is in nearly all 50 states. I only know this from my job.
"Unlike most murder charges, felony murder doesn't require the intent to kill, only: the intent to commit the underlying felony (the "predicate felony"), and that someone died as a result of the felony.
If more than one person participates in the felony, all involved are equally responsible, even those who didn't cause the death. In some cases, even those who weren't present when the death occurred are responsible."
People forget that souls games are made to fuck with you and it's your job to fuck with the game as much as possible. This makes me want to be a spell caster in my next play-through.
I don't recall if Draco actively attacked Hogwarts with the army of deatheaters but if he did that would certainly qualify as a war crime. According to the UN's 8th Article, #2, section B, item 9:
"Intentionally directing attacks against buildings dedicated to religion, education, art, science or charitable purposes, historic monuments, hospitals and places where the sick and wounded are collected, provided they are not military objectives;"
Like my comment about felony murder I only know this from my job.
Really wish Chris had quit it with the questions and just watched the damn game....
By the end of the video, I was really wishing Chris wasn't there anymore -_-
@DarthNerdist I liked the questions, they're definitely the same things i would've asked if I was there. Our cast is also human with feelings and emotions so please be more empathetic and cognizant of that moving forward.
