I would actually get rid of either rock or ground type because, in my head, they are the same thing- rocks come from the ground and ground is just made up of rocks of varying grades of coarsness. Which I know is applying real world logic to an anime show, but there it is. The more I think about it the more I would choose to get rid of rock type, rock is just a solid chunk of ground and you can't get rid of ground type because that would leave the electric type without any weaknesses and that's not balanced.
