being an Australian who lives in Ballarat, Victoria, listening to them phonetically pronounce town names is both hilarious and cringy, putting the emphasis on all the wrong syllables, occasionally adding letters (Ben-ding-go instead of Ben-digo), not knowing which letters you don't pronounce (Gee-long instead of Je-long, Cairns said like cans, Can-Ber-Ra instead of Can-bra, etc.)
I looked at my area on Google maps its over 10 years old I can see my moms old car out front and when I go to my grandparents I see there old van and the paint job hasn't changes and the limbs of the trees are still there I live in one of the fastest expanding towns in the North west of Oregon as well
Instantly knew the first aussie location was canberra from the layout and was confirmed by the bus stops, then one of the intersections made me recognise it as Belco!
