@13Knightmare Your stomach acids will literally eat your stomach lining. Your stomach lining is there to be eaten. That's its job. Besides... it's the acid in the soda water that eats away, not the CocaCola itself. Pepsi will do the same damage. So will Diet Shasta or Faygo or any other soda. Plain old soda water will as well. Stop spreading pointless BS. If anything, soda should be avoided for the excess sugar content, but a can as a treat every now and then hurts no one (Well, except may severe diabetics, but you get the idea)

@luckysimon Now, you were not allowed to drink/eat the other brands while you were working (since you're wearing coke branded stuff) which makes sense. You can't work for one restaurant and then go to another for lunch, bring it back and eat it in the restaurant you work for. It makes the place you work for look bad. Remember that string of pepsi commercials where the coke truck drier was drinking the pepsi? That's because someone was caught doing that, so pepsi was able to use coke's image in their commercials because it was based on something that actually happened. Normally, companies are limited to 'next leading brand' because otherwise its libel/slander (depending on format) but because a truck driver was caught on camera, they were able to drag coke for months. So yeah, its not exactly a questionable practice.

@luckysimon Or, and go with me on this it's kinda crazy, he misspoke, or got details wrong based on the amount of time from when it happened to when he told the story. Not cool calling him a liar, and then saying what he said was essentially true, but by going into more detail, so he's "Not being honest".
