@ProlificFire yes! More education! Maybe each episode have 1 RT person and it is their job to make a complex recipe with chef mike giving them pro tips and general guidance. Maybe give the history of the dish or other interesting facts while they are making the dish, maybe make historical dishes too. Would love to see Michael Jones or Alfredo try to cook something complex, Blaine too. I just think a little more personal one on one, less competition, and more complexity would be great. Imagine those times where they completely mess up or drop something and you hear that uh oh noise and screen turn black and white lol
