Okay, so from what I was seeing I have an idea for a modification. Lay the leaf blower down and turn the chair 180. Yeah the leaf blower would end up between your feet but then the person and leaf blower should be a bit better balanced and it should be easier to ride.

I made a hoverboard like this in my middle school shop class! It was definitely not as good as theirs obviously but it was fun to ride around in the halls
