@Leesil They actually tried to do something similar as part of a series where RT people would try interviewing their drunk selves (via the magic of editing) about random topics (much like your TED talk idea). There were only three test episodes, but they didn't move forward with it because Blaine got so shitfaced that he vomited on camera. It was then they realized the downsides to the idea (as cool as it probably would've been).

@AceofAces007 Yeah, I can absolutely see the pitfalls, which is why it might be worth a shot with the format being a sober and serious delivery on a completely ridiculous/inappropriate topic. Things can get real messy when alcohol/drunkeness is a requirement for an activity.
